1. About AgriPrep

AgriPrep is an agriculture-focused educational and information application designed to provide agricultural learning resources, crop information, disease information, examination-oriented content, and related tools.

AgriPrep is intended to support learning and information purposes.

2. User Accounts

Some AgriPrep features require you to create an account.

When creating an account, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your account information reasonably up to date.
• Keep your login credentials secure.
• Not share your account credentials with others.
• Not use another person's account without permission.

You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

3. Acceptable Use

We may restrict or terminate access where necessary to protect the application, its users, or its services.

4. Agricultural Information Disclaimer

Agricultural information provided by AgriPrep is intended primarily for educational and general informational purposes.

Agricultural conditions can vary significantly depending on location, soil, climate, crop variety, cultivation practices, pest or disease pressure, and other factors.

Information provided by AgriPrep should not be treated as a guaranteed recommendation for a particular farm, crop, disease, pest, or agricultural situation.

5. Smart Scan and AI Information

Where AgriPrep provides AI-assisted crop, disease, pest, weed, or related analysis, the results are generated as informational assistance and may not always be accurate.

AI-generated results should not be considered a definitive diagnosis.

Users should independently verify important results, particularly before applying pesticides, fertilizers, or other agricultural treatments.

AgriPrep does not guarantee that an AI-generated identification or recommendation will be correct, complete, or suitable for every situation.

6. Educational Content

AgriPrep may provide educational materials, questions, explanations, crop information, disease information, and examination-oriented resources.

We aim to provide useful and accurate information, but we do not guarantee that all content will always be complete, current, or error-free.

Users should verify critical academic or agricultural information with authoritative sources where appropriate.

7. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the AgriPrep application, branding, interface, original text, graphics, software, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AgriPrep.

You may use AgriPrep for personal, lawful purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit AgriPrep's proprietary materials without appropriate authorization.

Third-party materials remain subject to their respective owners' licenses and rights.

8. Third-Party Services

AgriPrep may rely on third-party services, including Firebase and other services necessary to operate application features.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies. Your use of those services may therefore also be subject to their respective terms.

9. Availability

We aim to keep AgriPrep available and functioning reliably, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

AgriPrep may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, technical problems, network failures, third-party service interruptions, updates, or other circumstances.

10. Account Suspension or Termination

We may suspend or terminate an account if necessary because of:

• Violation of these Terms & Conditions.
• Abuse or misuse of AgriPrep.
• Unauthorized access attempts.
• Fraudulent activity.
• Activity that may harm AgriPrep or its users.

Users may also request deletion of their account in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, AgriPrep is not responsible for losses or damages resulting from reliance on information provided through the application, including agricultural, educational, AI-generated, or other informational content.

Users are responsible for evaluating information before relying on it for important decisions.

12. Force Majeure

AgriPrep will not be responsible for failure or delay in performing an obligation where such failure or delay results from circumstances beyond reasonable control, including technical failures, network interruptions, third-party service outages, natural events, or other circumstances that prevent or materially delay performance.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time.

When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date will be updated accordingly.

Continued use of AgriPrep after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms & Conditions.

14. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim relating to them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of India.

Any dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts having appropriate jurisdiction under applicable law.
